How It Works
Getting Access Is Simple
Once you purchase your membership online, follow these steps to get 24/7 gym access.

Purchase Your Membership Online
Select your membership below and complete your purchase. Create an account if it's your first time.

Download the FitBox App
Download the Fitbox Aesthetics app on the App Store. Use the same email and password you used to create your Fitbox account to log in.

Set Up Your KISI Door Access
- You will receive an email from KISI at the email you used to create your Fitbox account.
- You will see 2 options — Manual Sign In & Resend Link.
- Hit Resend Link.
- You will get another email from KISI — click the blue link in that email.
- You will be prompted to create a password. Follow the prompts.

Enable Location & Bluetooth
Make sure your location setting is set to ALWAYS ON and Bluetooth is ON to unlock the door with your phone.
If you don't receive an email from KISI within 10 minutes of purchase, call us.

Purchases
All day pass and membership purchases must be done online. Walk-in purchases are available during staffed hours: Mon–Fri, 8AM–11AM & 5PM–8PM.
Unstaffed Facility
This facility is unstaffed. We are owner-operated with cameras running 24/7. Please read the email you receive after purchasing your membership.
No Guests
Do not let anyone in behind you at any time or bring in guests without them purchasing a day pass or membership.
Zero Tolerance
If you bring someone in without a valid pass, you will be charged or banned. We have a zero tolerance policy for sneaking people in. We see everything on the cameras.

Download the FitBox Aesthetics App
Available on the App Store. Log in with the same email and password used to create your Fitbox account to gain 24/7 access to the gym.

Day passes will not be accessible from 5PM to 8PM during the week to prevent crowding for loyal members.

Make sure you know which unit to enter for your workout.
Main Entrance
Unit 410
All lower body and cardio equipment. This is the main entrance to FitBox Aesthetics.
Secondary Entrance
Unit 406
All upper body equipment. Don't miss this unit — members often overlook it!
